Travis Jessep - Senior Service Representative
When I think back to when I first started with Minova seven years ago I almost have to pinch myself as to how significantly my role has changed.
I started in our resin and grout manufacturing plant in Nowra doing a variety of jobs on the factory floor. I always had a desire and an appetite to do more and Minova has helped me do exactly that.
I began working as a Development and Technical assistant which meant completing a number of courses including Year 11/12 Chemistry and Physics at TAFE.
Before moving on to Technical Service Representative which helped bring everything I was learning in the classroom to life.
I now hold the position of Senior Service Representative for our coal mining business. What I enjoy most about my current role is the way it changes from day to day. I might be writing a report one day, meeting with customers the next and then finish the week off training crews underground and trialling new products literally at the coal face.
It sounds a bit like a cliché but I love my job and the easy going nature of my colleagues. I can't imagine working anywhere else.

Luke Hewlett - Trainee Technical Officer
I am really enjoying my role as a trainee technical office with Minova. In my role I assist in the development of new products, provide support to our sales team and work alongside our customers. The role is very much focused on driving the future of Minova through product innovation.
I have been with Minova for nearly six years during which time I have held a variety of roles including packer, stacker, machine operation and batch maker. I have experienced first hand Minova's commitment to employee development. If you are willing to put in the hard work and do the training then there is plenty of opportunity and encouragement to succeed.
The people I work with are great. They are very generous when it comes to sharing their knowledge and time. It is all about helping you to achieve results in your work.
I can definitely see myself working with Minova for a long time.
